Love ALL OF YOU!!!

K so I've always had a crush on this kid Eric, who I've had class with since Diff Eq freshman year. I NEVER thought I had a chance, because he never really talked to me (even in an 8 person class), so I thought I annoyed him.

Fast forward to beginning of Spring semester.

I decided to take Stat Mech (read: James forced me). I have Galaxies with him, but he didn't know I was in Stat Mech. Stat Mech is right after Galaxies, but we beat him to class. He walks in, sees me, leaves his friend and sits next to me (!). He slowly starts talking to me a bit more. On my birthday, he texted me around 11:30 and said, "Just wanted to tell you Happy Birthday again. :)", which I thought was weird since we aren't super good friends or anything. Anyway, I am still quite pleased, and we chat it up quite a bit. I start texting him more and he starts texting me. Last Wednesday, he texts me about the lab he's doing in class. I ask him when he would be out, since I had just gotten out of FBK. He says in about 15 minutes, so I ask him if he wants to grab dinner. We meet at his car and go downtown. Waitress forgets to split the check, but instead of asking for it to split, he says he'll pay for me. He comes over after dinner and stays over until about 1 AM (we were working on Stat Mech homework). He leaves and texts me goodnight before he goes to bed. He comes over Thursday night, too, to finish up Stat Mech. I tell him about how I have to do a wall watch at 4 AM. Even though we finished around 12, he stayed and we hung out on my couch just talking until 4 AM when Severin waltzes into my room (-__-). He texts me good night again. Now it's Friday. I try to pay him back in class for the dinner and he says don't worry about it. I say okay. Then, after class, I get a text message...

"The reason I didn't want you to pay me back is because I actually like you and was hoping you would want to go out again when you get back from Tampa?"

BOOM MOTHER FUCKERS.

Of course I said yes.

So I get back from Gasparilla (a hot, drunken mess) on Sunday and he comes over. We watch movies and held hands. Then, the second movie ends and he turns to me and says, "That was a good movie." I nod in agreement. We stare at each other probably for about 5 seconds, then he kissed me.

BOOM AGAIN.

So lots of make outs ensued and then cuddles. I asked him where this was going to go, because I honestly wanted it to be a relationship, but didn't want to get my hopes up. He said he wanted it to be boyfriend/girlfriend because he "REALLY likes me" and "has for a long time, since he saw me last year in Astronomy 2" (so a year).

And I said yes.

BOOM BOOM BOOM.

Now I has boyfriend. He slept over last night and the night before. The first time because we hung out too late and didn't realize it was past the time the buses were running, so he couldn't go home. Then, he lost his wallet (couldn't go home without his school ID, which lets us ride the bus for free) and even though I told him I could get him a ride home, he said he would stay. (He found it, by the way.)

I am really, really, really happy. I get funny feelings when I think about him and haven't stopped smiling. My friend told me I am a beacon of joy this week, lol. I really like spending time with him and I feel really loved/cared for around him, which is something I haven't felt in a LONG time. When he looks at me, he gets a huge smile on his face and when he kisses me, I can feel passion behind it. It stopped being like that with Haaris a long time before our relationship ended.
