Okay, so they're checking my references...The HR Manager said she's hoping to get back to me tomorrow or Monday...I'm really hoping it'll be tomorrow so I'll know what housing options we can afford when we go to TN this weekend to look for somewhere to live.  Also, to make sure they're going to offer the job before we bother looking.  LOL

The recruiter already spoke with two of my references, but he had a hard time getting in touch with my operations manager.  That's the only one he's waiting on.  I hate waiting on other people.  LOL
