but yeah, i came to the sad, disgusting conclusion the other day that what were my reasons for staying at iron mountain, were now my reasons for going.
i'm slowly starting to loathe a few people i work with. their work ethic is absolutely deplorable and i can't stand to work with people who are just so.. undisciplined. it's a wonder why the office hasn't fallen apart yet, it truly is.
i feel as if i'm now firmly in kenny's good books so that when i do eventually leave, he'll offer me a permanent contract. we'll see about that. not that i'd take it, unless they upped my wage by a fair amount. this minimum wage bullshit is, well, bullshit.
this week has sucked. i'm going to try and have a holiday at least once a month, even if it's just a wee day out here or there. next week, i'm going to perth again. hopefully the ducks will still be there. i need to get away from glasgow. this place is suffocating. same routine, every single sodding day. i can't stand it. need to break away from the banality.
