I only say it because she looks like our Doberman pup. She does look like a mix, because Dobie's tend to be more lean and her snout is long like one. She's obviously not full because her legs would be a little longer, paws a little bigger, and her tan marks would probably be more of a reddish tint. I am wiling to bet it's a dobe/shepherd mix or a dobie/rottie mix, though, which is really awesome.
She is going to be big. And I mean, well over 50 lbs if she's a mix like that. Right now we spend $50 a bag on Akira's food, because she needs extra vitamins...we have her on prenatals too to make sure she is getting everything she needs. She has gone from 5 lbs to 30 in less than 2 months. She's already bigger than both our other dogs. The vet is telling us she's likely to be 70 - 90 lbs, easy.
You can skip the expensive food if you are willing to make your own, with chicken, rice, yogurt, etc. I'd go that route but honestly, I don't have the time, and we can afford to (not bragging...it's just kinda true).

AAAANYWAY, Doberman's are wonderful dogs. Akria has never messed up anything in the house, ever, and is always checking the perimeter for anything amiss. She loves Jack and follows him like a shadow, and also sleeps quietly in bed with us. She never attacks the cat, and mostly just does her own thing. We didn't even have to leash train her for walking in the yard because she does her walk around the edge of the property, goes to the bathroom, and comes right back to the door.

Here's a forum we visit a lot if you want more info and pictures: http://www.dobermantalk.com/ It's kinda cheesy, but these people are nuts about Dobermans.
