Suspension? That's what they're saying to me at my job.

My first rebuttal letter was basically useless in the eyes of my supervisor, who said the information was irrelevant and nothing that I stated gave a reason why I would access a record improperly. Excuse me, you B**CH, did you even read it? And I didn't access any record improperly. How does she even know all of my job duties, when they keep adding to them. Retarded! My assistant manager, signed a statement, saying he had contacted the individual and they said they never contacted our office. Ummm... I know that. Hello. That's what I had already told you. And I also said that there may have been other reasons for looking up information valid to my job duties.

Now, I'm going to submit another rebuttal to my manager, who hates me already, and see where that goes. Absolutely nowhere -- I already know. But I need these things to be documented in my file. It's just pissing me off in a really bad way, and I'm trying to hold my tongue, and let all my thoughts be spread out like rose petals on paper.
